IT Supervisor

• Responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure,
• Directing and supervising the work of the IT team to ensure effective operation and successful project completion,
• Supporting the team responsible for information security (NIS2) development,
• Responsible for planning and managing the IT budget, as well as efficient resource allocation,
• Keeping up with IT trends and technologies, as well as supporting innovation,
• Documenting and optimizing IT processes and systems,
• Participating in corporate audits,
• Close collaboration with the headquarters IT team

• IT education,
• 5+ years of experience in IT area, including min. of 2 years in a leadership role,
• High level knowledge of english languages,
• Knowledge of IT infrastructures and networks,
• Experience in network security and performance optimization
