IT project manager

• Lead end-to-end project management, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, reporting, execution.
• Define tasks, properly allocate resources and oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery.
• Track milestones, identify potential risks, and proactively adapt plans as needed to maintain project success.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved (both internal & external) and manage expectations throughout the whole project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project proposals, requirement documents, progress updates, reports, etc.

• Mentor, motivate and supervise project team members, fostering collaboration and resolving any emerging conflicts.

• Previous experience in managing large-scale IT or business consulting projects (through full project lifecycle).
• Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Background in Business and IT Consulting.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and architecture.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and relationship management (including stakeholders at different levels).
• Able to execute tasks under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• University degree from a recognized institution.

• Participated in Salesforce implementation.
• Previous experience as a CRM Manager/CRM Consultant/BA/Process Organizer/System Organizer.
• Experience in working on international projects.
• Proficiency in German.
