IT Manager

IT Strategy & Systems

• Support digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing and supply chain
• Manage and optimize core systems (SAP, MES, WMS, APS, SRM, EDI, OA)
• Ensure system integration, data availability, and operational reliability

IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage IT infrastructure (network, servers, cloud, end-user devices, plant IT)
• Ensure high availability, performance, and 24/7 operational readiness
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, upgrades)

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement and enforce IT security and data protection standards
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, TISAX, and internal IT policies
• Coordinate incident response and disaster recovery activities

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate local IT resources and external service providers
• Support audits, customer visits, and internal reviews from IT perspective

• Degree in IT / Computer Engineering / Network Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience in manufacturing or automotive environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP and manufacturing IT systems (MES, WMS, etc.)
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
• Fluent English (daily working language)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Greenfield plant or production ramp-up experience
• Industry 4.0 / smart manufacturing background
• Experience in multinational environment
• Chinese language knowledge
