IT INFRASCRUCTURE ARCHITECT/CONSULTANT (RELATION TO MERGE &ACQUISITION PROJECTS)

Your place is here with us within MOL IT&Digital GBS HU Kft. as an IT Infrastructure architect (in relation to high scale Merge and Acquisition projects) based in Budapest MOL Campus.
Main responsibilities:
- Prepares technical and financial estimation and proposal for Strategical M&A projects to be able to have accurate business decisions. Managing further high level financial estimations.
- Lead assessment of IT infrastructure components and make sure all the information gathered are inventoried.
- Prepare and design IT Infrastructure integration process carefully and have a clear roadmap to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruptions.
- Oversee and facilitate the integration of IT Infrastructure components, processes, and resources during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, ensuring effective communication, project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement to achieve successful outcomes and long-term business value.
- Ensure that all integrated Infrastructure systems and applications comply with relevant Cyber Security regulations and standards.
- Maintain good collaboration, cooperation between stakeholders ensure smooth communication flow.
Requirements:
- University degree
- Minimum 5+ years work experience including of 3-5 years professional experience in M&A activities
- Strong project management and coordination skills, precision
- Have a solid financial understanding of Infra architectural components
- Good analytical skills with openness to understand details and being able to summarize results and consequences – ability to simulate results of different scenarios
- Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills, ability to synthetize multiple information and sources
- Self-motivated, and confident personality
- Active English skills
