Investment Purchasing Specialist

Task:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supplier Sourcing & Relationship Building:
    • Proactively search for and establish relationships with new suppliers of finishing materials and architecture studios.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive directory of reliable suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Tendering Excellence:
    • Advise on tendering procedures, ensuring all processes are compliant and competitive.
    • Examine and analyze tenders, recommending the best options to meet company standards and objectives.
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers and contractors to secure favorable terms.
  • Technical & Cost Analysis:
    • Analyze technical documentation, verifying the correctness of inquiries and orders to ensure project specifications are met.
    • Prepare cost and expenditure statements, conducting detailed analyses at regular intervals to support budgeting and financial planning.
  • Inventory & Material Management:
    • Plan the availability of materials critical to the opening of new stores, ensuring that inventory levels meet strategic goals.
    • Oversee inventory management, ensuring the timely procurement and availability of materials without overstocking.

  • Experience & Expertise:
    • Proven experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management, ideally within the construction, retail, or architecture sectors.
    • Strong understanding of tendering procedures and contract negotiations.
    • Ability to read and analyze technical documentation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Proficiency in cost analysis and financial reporting.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • A proactive and strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
