The International Key Account Manager CE position reports directly to the International Sales and Marketing Director, while it manages and mentors all local National Key Account colleagues in the affiliate countries (HU, CZ, RO, PL, SK, CRO, SRB, BG, UA) in a matrix structure.
The International KAM’s primary responsibility is to manage and supervise sales activities related to retail chains (DIY’s, furniture chains) in the CE region to achieve the planned revenue and margin targets. This includes cooperating with existing distributor partners, acquiring new ones, frequent travel to CE markets, constant communication with partners and co-workers.
- Leading and supporting sales activities to retail chains (both farming and hunting) internationally
- Creating and managing initiatives, processes, and systems to achieve annual sales and margin plans
- Developing and reviewing general terms and conditions, supporting annual negotiations, and aligning prices and assortments across CE countries
- Driving KAM activities (e.g. annual promotion plans, forecasts) in the CE countries
- Compiling sales reports, maintaining traffic tables, and analysing reports and forecast
- Monitoring sales data, analysing plan-actual data, making necessary corrections, and providing continuous feedback to affiliate countries in the CE region
- Coordinating the sales plans of the company group, conducting market research, and analysing market data and competitors
