They are seeking a motivated, results-driven Client Relations Specialist to generate new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue through B2B phone and virtual sales. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and confidence in engaging decision-makers and navigating gatekeepers. Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of up to 400 potential customers across multiple countries (up to $50K annual revenue each)

Maintain and grow accounts through virtual relationship management

Monitor account activity, identify churn risks, and take proactive retention actions

Identify and drive cross-selling opportunities within existing clients
-
Re-engage and win back lost clients in the region
-
Acquire new clients (“new logos”) within the defined revenue segment

Collaborate with pricing teams and develop existing customers to expand business

Track activities in CRM (HubSpot) and meet KPIs (calls, growth, volume)
Requirements:

High school diploma

Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry

Fluent English knowledge (both written and oral)

Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients

Must be able to communicate effectively and persuasively

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Excellent listening and negotiation skills

Ability to multi-task and work independently
