Responsibilities

As part of our Central Distribution Center Team, you will be responsible for
  • Lead and comprehensively manage your inbound/outbound team with ensuring team efficiency
  • Coordinating of our warehouse processes like receiving goods, storage, picking, packing, loading, shipping, returns
  • Assigning tasks and supervise the operation process.
  • Control the inventory from quality and quantity aspects, provide support for inventory management
  • Compliance with and enforcement of quality and safety rules related to the activity
  • Administration and reporting on shift activities
  • Handle abnormal situations to ensure efficient and orderly operations in the warehouse.
  • Handling any facility and forklift issues
  • Waste management

Requirements

Your profile

We are looking for a person with strongly hands-on managerial style, who is familiar to work in a warehouse environment as part of his/her team.

You bring
  • More than 3 years of experience in warehouse team management
  • Familiar with all operation processes in the warehouse
  • Possessing excellent team coordination skills
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
  • Hands-on managerial attitude, ambition, drive
  • Retail warehouse experience
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Excel, Word, PPT) programs,
  • User-level knowledge of ERP, WMS system (SAP is advantage)

Nice-to-have

  • An immediate start is an advantage
  • Fork-lift driving license
