Identity and Access Management Helpdesk Specialist

• Managing user roles and access privileges within various banking applications and infrastructure systems
• Handling complex access requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to security policies
• Providing support on a rotational basis, including weekends and public holidays
• Leading incident resolution, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
• Coordinating with internal teams on system setup, maintenance, and updates
• Contributing to process improvements and automation projects

Elvárások:

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 1-2 years of experience in Information Security, IT Helpdesk or a related field is a plus, but fresh grads with technical affinity/background are also welcome 
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
