Human Resource Specialist HRS

• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination in English and Hungarian.
• Draft employment contracts and manage payroll changes.
• Oversee the hiring process for international candidates, including residence permit support.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR documentation.
• Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Prepare employment certificates and conduct employee discussions as necessary.
• Optimize HR processes and review staffing agency invoices.
• Support workforce planning and staffing needs.

Education:

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Human Resources
• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a commercial apprenticeship with additional qualification as a certified HR specialist, along with several years of work experience

• Initial relevant work experience, ideally in a comparable position in a company of a global corporation
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in both operational and strategic HR work
