Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for HR related queries from Partner employees and line managers.
  • Produce standard HR reports for business and HR, ensuring delivery to an agreed schedule and accuracy of data and formatting.
  • Produce ad- hoc HR reports on request.
  • Advise line managers and HR professionals on the use and interpretation of data and information contained in reports. Manage employee records (incl. employee contracts) and maintain employee data.
  • Processing data quality checks, responsible for data controlling
  • Ensuring that HR records meet legal requirements.
  • Participation in regional projects and support RPA projects
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, further improvement within HR systems and processes

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • University degree preferably in HR
  • IT experience is an advantage
  • Ability to develop reports, extract HR data and execute HR reporting
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow or any similar tools
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English
  • High level of flexibility, out of the box thinking
  • Willingness to learn and to improve
  • Proactive, agile, customer-oriented approach
