Be the first point of contact for HR related queries from Partner employees and line managers.
Produce standard HR reports for business and HR, ensuring delivery to an agreed schedule and accuracy of data and formatting.
Produce ad- hoc HR reports on request.
Advise line managers and HR professionals on the use and interpretation of data and information contained in reports. Manage employee records (incl. employee contracts) and maintain employee data.
Processing data quality checks, responsible for data controlling
Ensuring that HR records meet legal requirements.
Participation in regional projects and support RPA projects
Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization, further improvement within HR systems and processes
Requirements
5+ years of relevant working experience
University degree preferably in HR
IT experience is an advantage
Ability to develop reports, extract HR data and execute HR reporting
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow or any similar tools
Fluency in Hungarian and English
High level of flexibility, out of the box thinking
Willingness to learn and to improve

You will respond to general enquiries across the full range of Employee Services providing accurate and timely guidance to line managers and employees as required. The role has a strong focus on reporting and working with different corporate HR systems.
