HR Services Team Leader (KH_103329)
Main responsibilities, tasks:
- Lead and manage the HR operations team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and development.
- Oversee and improve HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR data.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects.
- Provide expert advice and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Strong understanding of the Hungarian employment laws and regulations
- Fluency in English
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
