Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, Boolean search and other methodologies of sourcing
  • Develop candidate sourcing strategies that ensure successful recruitment process
  • Screen candidates' resume and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
  • Provide analytical and well-documented reports of the candidates to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build positive and trustable relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates and Employees
  • Guide and support employees on Onboarding and exit process;

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Psychology, Labor Relations or Human Resources related fields
  • 2+ years of proven experience with full-cycle recruitment stages and HR processes
  • Experience recruiting telecom profiles (is a plus) and other areas like marketing and sales would be highly valuable
  • Excellent English language skills – written and spoken.
  • Ability to multi-task and assist colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain deadlines
