Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the Leadership team to support HR strategy development and implementation, workforce planning, culture building aligned with our values
· Human resources planning, supporting recruitment-selection processes, interviewing candidates,
· Creating, managing and further developing on-boarding processes
· Improving organisational development, defining the short, medium and long term HR goals
· Managing and controlling activities relevant to payroll and HR administration, lialising with external payroll partner, managing their work
· Provide proactive and HR support and advice on employee relations, organizational design and HR policy creating and implementation
· Providing HR KPIs, reports, and preparing statistics, presentations for the management
· Increasing employee engagement, maintain and develop various employee engagement initiatives and act as a site sponsor for Mental Health & Wellbeing and communications champion
· Identifying training needs, preparing, organising and implementing annual training plans
· Actively participate in the development of the remuneration and performance appraisal system
· Support managers on HR related issues

Requirements

· University degree (humanities, economics, law, psychology)
· At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing enviroment
· Confident knowledge of labour law and its practical application
· Experience in managing and developing people
· Fluency in English (C1)
· High level of knowledge of the Office package
· Excellent oral/written communication skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
· Organizational skills, attention to detail
· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice-to-have

· Chinese language knowledge
· Qualifications in Social Security and Payroll Administration,
· Experience in greenfield investment
