HR Manager
Task:
- Manage and supervise of the company's full-scale HR activities
- Control and manage the operational HR processes and handling employee cases
- Strong cooperation with HQHR, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives (for example: salary surveys, job evaluation programs, performance management etc.)
- Coordinate recruitment process
- Strong cooperation with outsourced payroll company
- HR controlling, regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Ensure legal compliance
- Support the leaders and managers in all HR related issues
- Coordination of company events
Expectation:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in wide range of HR tasks (recruiting, controlling, trainings, payroll & benefits, labour law) in production environment; min 2 years as a manager or team leader
- Excellent knowledge of Hungarian Labor Code
- Fluency in English
- Able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems
- Outstanding communicational and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, positive, can-do mentality
