Feladatok
- Developing and leading an HR team: managing a team of HR professionals, supporting and developing their work.
- Recruitment and selection: managing the full range of recruitment processes.
- Employee lifecycle management: coordinating on-boarding and exit processes, continuously improving the employee experience.
- Performance management: developing and operating systems to monitor and improve employee performance.
- Training and development: developing training strategies, organising training and supporting employees’ development.
- Compensation and benefits: managing benefits packages, monitoring market trends, making proposals.
- HR projects: design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives, organisational development projects
- Company events: participation in the organisation of group events and functions with the support of partner departments
Elvárások
- HR or business education (college/university degree).
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in HR (HR Business Partner or HR Manager).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset and proactive attitude.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills.
- Confident using MS Office programs; knowledge of HR systems an advantage.
