Responsibilities

HR (85%)
    • Recruitment & adaptation process - overall responsibility for recruitment activity, selection of recruitment channels, advertisement, communication with agencies etc.
    • Training – responsibility for selection of training agencies, monitoring of training plan
    • Responsibility for HR Control plan and HR compliance
    • Responsible for maintaining and respecting the Financial Security Regulations and legislation (such as: KYC, KYS, Anti Money Laundering, PIC, Professional Ethics, Anti Bribery, Whistle Blowing process)
    • Responsible for HR administration, preparation of employment contracts and amendments, exit interviews, cooperation with local social and pension authorities, work with databases and systems
    • Culture Champion – working on culture of Arval Hungary in cooperation with the Comex and population
    • Efficiency and HR projects
    • Payroll – salary inputs, communication with Payroll company
    • Close cooperation with the HR Manager of Arval Hungary, Comex, Middle Management, Headquarters and Regional HR Manager CEE
    • First point of contact for employees
    • Coordination of employee satisfaction survey
    • Managing company events and internal communication

Executive Assistant (15%)
  • Participation in weekly management meetings, preparation of minutes
  • Organizing meetings for the CEO
  • Preparation, formatting of management presentations
  • Organization and implementation of all staff meetings
  • Travel organization through contracted partner for the entire management
  • Administration of Managing Director's expense reports
  • Organization of dinners and lunches in case of visits

Requirements

  • University degree – Human resources, Psychology or Economics
  • Experience of 1-3 years as an HR Generalist / Assistant / Coordinator in an international company
  • Knowledge of MS office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word
  • Very good knowledge of English
