• Partner with leadership to support the successful setup of the Budapest GBS hub.
  • Lead and coordinate local recruitment activities, including job definition, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Establish and implement HR processes and policies aligned with local legislation and global standards.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Hungarian labour laws and regulations.
  • Provide essential training, mentorship, and guidance to local resources for upskilling and success.
  • Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for the Budapest team, focusing on talent management, performance, engagement, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Act as a local cultural ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Support the local implementation of global HR initiatives, adapting to the Hungarian market context.

Elvárások:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience - at least 2 years in a business partner role within a GBS/BSC environment.
  • The ability to effectively operate in matrix, international organizations.
  • Experience in leading teams, motivating, engaging, and guiding employees.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Hungarian; French is an asset.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
