Responsibilities

The nature of the work of the Hungarian Market Manager:
Direct communication and relationship building with all buyers and clients in the Hungarian market. Filling out reports, market monitoring, contract preparation, product presentation, tastings and other organizational work.
Responsibilities of the Head Manager:

  • Form and implement development and sales plans for production produced/distributed by Žemaitijos pienas AB, in order to increase the Company's competitiveness and profit, formulate and implement a sales strategy, and ensure efficient operation of Dziugas Hungary in the Hungarian market.
  • Continuously continue working with Hungarian market customers, cooperating with them and execution of agreements. Carry out sales development of ŽP production, search for new sales channels, establishment of new contacts, etc.
  • To ensure the control of the implementation of sales and marketing plans in order to achieve efficiency, to participate in the formation and development of the strategy for strengthening the Client's brands and company image, to initiate and develop marketing and sales projects in the market, to coordinate and ensure the efficient operation of the company.
  • Form a team of employees with the necessary competencies, educate them, motivate them, unite the team to achieve goals. Initiate the hiring of external services to purchase services of a specific need.

Competence:

  • Higher education in the field of social sciences (business management, administration, economics, marketing or international business studies);
  • At least 2 years of work experience in management and sales;
  • Native Hungarian, another foreign language (English, Russian, Lithuanian at least B2 level);
  • Delegation of tasks, control;
  • Knowledge of the market (knowledge of legal market requirements, competitive environment);
