Head of Sales Hungary

• Lead the Sales Teams of 3 to grow profit and volumes. Focus on Airfreight, Seafreight and Roadfreight.
• Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing), negotiate new projects and contract terms
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
• Monitor sales and servicing metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management

• At least 5 years of sales experience within Air, Sea Forwarding
• Minimum 4 years of sales management/leadership position
• Business fluent in English
• IT literacy
• Knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing and managing relationships with key clients
• Knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budget processes
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Customer focused with proactive attitude
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
