Head of Marketing

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to support the sales and business development objectives
• Lead the European marketing team in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistency and alignment with corporate branding and messaging
• Drive the development of marketing programmes with a focus on lead generation, customer acquisition and retention using digital marketing channels, social media and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with product management, research and development teams to understand market trends and customer needs 
• Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, case studies and sales guides
• Work with the sales department to develop and implement sales training programmes that focus on product knowledge, market knowledge and sales techniques
• Drive brand awareness initiatives to increase visibility and recognition of our products and solutions in the European market
• Lead the planning and execution of trade shows, events and conferences
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning
• Provide strategic guidance and support to the European sales team

• Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing, business administration or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a focus on supporting sales and business development in the European market
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and marketing automation tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a result-orientated mindset and a passion for driving business impact through marketing

• Experience in the automation or industrial technology industry
• Fluency in multiple European languages
