Head of IT Sales and Consultancy
About the company
For our international partner company we are looking for a Sales Manager with experience in IT Consultancy, who has a live network in Hungary for a very exciting position.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure sales technology stack is optimally used in driving efficiencies and visibility across all sales channels
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive sales growth
- Reporting deliverables will include KPI scorecards, benchmarking, POS reporting on optimization and savings opportunities
- Identifies areas to build strategic relationships
- Implement best practices required to support an efficient function and meet regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Being responsible for the Service Management Team’s operation towards existing projects and people.
- Drive the people management activities, including team buildings, upskilling programs.
- Contributing to the companies’ growth through consistently achieving commonly agreed goals.
- Monitoring projects profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience using formal software development life-cycles (experience with agile, agile coaching and Waterfall required)
- Demonstrated proficiency guiding multiple full project life-cycles from concept to delivery
- Proven experience directly managing individuals in a matrix organization
- Proven experience with problem-solving and business analysis skills the ability to negotiate and bring consensus in high pressure situations
- Exceptional abilities in communication and negotiation, capable of effectively engaging and persuading decision-makers and building strong, long-term relationships with dine-in business partners.
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
