Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of progressively increased experience in business controlling & finance.

    • Proven experience in an industrial business environment, preferably with multinational operations.

    • Experience in managing a team and leading financial initiatives.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English (must).

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
