· Respond to enquiries from agents/clients,
· Manage event administration to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all events
· Negotiate and finalize contracts,
· Conduct site inspections and meetings with clients, ensuring the hotel is always presented in the best light
· Gather client feedback during and after events/exhibitions through Client Questionnaires and post-event calls
· Resolve any client disputes and complaints in a professional manner,
· Feedback all comments to relevant person at the hotel,
· Prepare and execute mail-shots to exhibitors/ public for all relevant Conference & Events,
· Create and manage a clearly defined client / guest database for each Conference/Event

· At least a Bachelor's degree
· Friendly, open-minded, proactive and kind personality
· Costumer – oriented, good problem-solving and stress tolerance skills
· Excellent communication skill in English and Hungarian
· Good IT skills particulary with MS Office packages
· Professional working experience: 1 to 2 years
· Previous working experience at a 4 or 5 star hotel
· Knowledge of OPERA and/or DELPHI program
· Strong team support and onboarding process
