Group Performance and Cost Optimization Business Partner

 

Work location: MOL Campus, Budapest (on-site)

 

 

Scope of the position:

Contributing to enhance organizational effectiveness through conducting analysis and deep dives with data-driven insights, focusing on cost efficiency and performance improvement across all business units. Together with the team you will be responsible to the organization for identifying operational inefficiencies and financial leakages within the whole MOL Group.

Tasks

  • Actively support organizations within the Group in the group-level deep-dive analysis as a consultant with regards to the methods, used tools and desired outcome.

  • Conduct systematic reviews and proposals for corrective actions and process improvements to enhance operation.

  • Work closely with Business and Functional units to ensure alignment on improvement initiatives and monitor implementation progress.

  • Develop practical, data-driven proposals for corrective actions and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial integrity with cost control focus.

  • With proactive attitude support group organizational units to deliver their initiatives committed in Strategic and other Efficiency programs.

Requirements

We’re looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence and innovation.

  • Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,

  • Professional Experience: At least 2-4 years working experience within financial controlling, reporting, business analyst roles. Advisory job experience is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365 proficiency; familiarity with tools like Power BI, Power Query or other data visualization tools and SQL is a plus.

  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills,

  • Knowledge of general corporate processes, accounting, corporate finance,

  • Service- and process-oriented mindset,

  • Analytical thinking,

  • Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
