Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
Our company is currently looking for a new employee to join the IT group of the Mageba Group, based in Nyirtelk (Hungary). The new colleague will be based at our Nyirtelk site, with occasional remote access from home, under the professional guidance of the Group IT Group Manager.
The training of the colleague will basically take place in Nyirtelk, face-to-face and online, but will be required to undertake occasional training periods of a few days, up to a maximum of 1 week, at the Group's headquarters in Bülach.
The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to undertake occasional short secondments to the Group's European subsidiaries.
Main Task & Responsibilities:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level day-to-day support activities and identifying, analyzing and solving hardware, software and service issues,
- Giving competent support, advice, and supervision for ICT requests and needs
- Maintain the Servicedesk, diagnosing ICT issues and liaising with the ICT team
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Support group ICT projects, concepts and guidelines
- Managing repair, maintenance and inventory for the group ICT infrastructure
- Educate and train employees on hardware and software usage
- Maintaining and overseeing the inventory
- Diagnose and resolve ERP-related problems
- Analyze and optimize processes within ERP systems
