Our team provides support in finance related questions to the Downstream division of MOL Group, which generates approx. USD 1bn EBITDA per year, has business activities in 12 countries, & its annual sales are amounted to 20 million tons of refined and petrochemical products.
Currently we are looking for a
Group Downstream Finance Senior Business Partner
in Group Downstream Finance Performance Management team.
who will have a key role in the preparation of segment level financial reports and analysis, covering all businesses of MOL Group Downstream.
Main tasks
- Support Group Downstream Performance Management Finance Manager as acting a single point of contact to Group level business leaders as well as DS Finance teams
- Coordinate financial reporting, analysis and business planning on Group Downstream level, including monthly and quarterly reports, forecasts and business plan
- Provide finance support to the decision-making of the DS Value Chain Management organization as well as the DS Finance management by preparation of autonomously initiated and proactive analyses and, upon request, by specific analyses, proposals, comprehensive solution alternatives.
- Support and ensure consistency of methodologies on Group Downstream level financial reports and analysis
- Take part in finance related IT projects
Requirements
- Master’s or equivalent degree in economic science or business administration, or in accounting
- Minimum 6 years work experience within finance/controlling/audit
- Knowledge of general controlling processes, experience in working in a large multinational organization
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable to deal with a large and diverse pool of stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
- Fluency in business English, confident and clear verbal and written communication skillset
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines
- Agile, quick learner and diligent team player
