Feladatok
- Administrative help to senior colleagues
- Invoice indexing, booking invoices in SAP
- Download invoices from websites
- Scanning invoices and prepare in SAP
- Execute reconciliation of account balances · Support AP reporting
- Checking duplicates
- Archiving invoices
- Resolve requests arriving in ServiceNow
- Support Internal Controls and Audits
- Ad hoc tasks coming from PtP Team Lead/Supervisors
Elvárások
- English (C1 level) and Greek language knowledge
- Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge
Amit kínálunk
- Gross salary: 2500 Ft/hour
