Task:
We are looking for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Representative to support the aftersales processes of our American client.
- Receiving end user requests for product details, warranty registration and general inquiries
- Provide 1st level resolution providing excellent customer experience
- Ticket creation /Categorization / Prioritization
- Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
- Documenting both the customer concern and action to resolve the issue in the CRM tool
Expectation:
- have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English languages
- have relevant work experience in any Customer Service roles
- have min. high school degree
- are open to work in shifts
- have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
- are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
