Task:

We are looking for a Greek Speaking Customer Service Representative to support the aftersales processes of our American client.
 

  • Receiving end user requests for product details, warranty registration and general inquiries 
  • Provide 1st level resolution providing excellent customer experience
  • Ticket creation /Categorization / Prioritization
  • Ticket escalation to respective Support Group
  • Documenting both the customer concern and action to resolve the issue in the CRM tool

Expectation:

  • have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English languages
  • have relevant work experience in any Customer Service roles
  • have min. high school degree
  • are open to work in shifts
  • have excellent communication skills – both written and spoken
  • are flexible, open-minded personality with a "can do" attitude
