GP Buyer

• Conducting supplier negotiations on local needs
• Favorable conditions, volume discounts and long-term contracts with local suppliers
• Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders to purchase goods, services, and supplies for customer-related business processes or for internal use
• Oversees that supplier and merchandise information is properly and timely recorded in the operational ERP (and, if applicable, appropriate systems).
• Responsible for CAPEX costing and procurement process (RFQ, negotiations, supplier marking process (SNC)
• Monitor suppliers' financial performance, ensure actual material savings and forecasts are reflected in procurement systems in a timely and accurate manner
• Track supplier performance, support other department
• Building and managing continuous supplier panel optimization and continuous improvement at plant level
• Act fairly and in full respect of business ethics

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years' progressive experience in the Purchasing field preferably in an automotive / manufacturing environment
• Ability to analyze the cost structure of supplier quotations
• Experience in purchasing by Construction/Production equipment/MRO/General affair/Etc.
• Knowledge cost structures (Material, Labor, Indirect)
• Negotiation of legal contracts (contracts, nomination of suppliers)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bilingual: English (Written and Oral Skills)
• Skilled use of MS Office
