Responsibilities

  • Standardization of manufacturing processes and equipment globally:
  • Maintain the standardization of manufacturing processes and equipment database in relation to material, processes, supplier, equipment, tooling, procedure SOR, control database and control and track plants in EFP group.
  • Belong to maintain the database it is necessary to moderate and lead projects with view to due dates, agreed time, costs and quality goals.
  • Quote process in cooperation with product management:
  • Support the quoting process with finding the decision of quoting plant based on defined criteria’s.
  • Support to check the global capacity in different EFP divisions. Control and check the process planning sheet in communication with different divisions.
  • Focus the due dates in relation of agreed time, costs and quality goals.
  • Lessons learned out of implementation for production process:
  • Out of the activities of lessons learned workshops use the acquired knowledge to update the database of standardization of production processes and equipment.
  • Organize lessons learned workshops for EFP group. Moderate and communicate the workshops based on the due dates, agreed time, costs and quality goals.
  • Check if production process standards are right implemented in EFP group:
  • Control the implementation of production process standards in plants of the EFP group based on the due date, agreed time, costs and quality goals.
  • To guarantee that all plants with the same product are at the same production level at the same time.
  • Tracking of global product capacity:
  • Create a global capacity tracking system to track utilization and free capacity in the EFP group. Develop global equipment utilization plan for quote decision for different divisions. Tracking of free used equipment in the EFP group and lead projects to utilize free equipment capacity.
  • Technical support where needed:
  • Search for the better manufacturing process and skills / new processes benchmark across the production locations and plants.
  • Transfer the technology / experiences obtained from the joint activities with plant manufacturing to global plants where need the supports.

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Excellent English language and written skills

  • Traveling

Nice-to-have

  • Technician or multi-year work experience in cooling fan production and assembly in the automotive sector.
