* Coordinate the ContiTech Purchasing Team in the EMEA region for production material to be in line with sourcing strategy and agreed guidelines. * Purchasing Ambassador for the region including coordination of activities with ContiTech & Group Purchasing. * Meet cost requirements, implement and conduct cost saving activities. * Active Support, coordination between Purchasing and SCM. * Active Support, coordination between Purchasing and R&D * Support implementation of Conti standard business processes, according to global standards. * Coordination between implementation team and local process owners. * Support S4 Hana Implementation Project * Run and support global/regional/plant purchasing optimization projects, ensure alignment with global/ BA direction. * Coordinate in line with Continental purchasing standards. * Ensure compliance with all policies and processes at all times. * Ensure proper communication of policies and processes.
