We’re looking for a Global Immigration Specialist to support international clients, coordinate relocation and immigration tasks, manage priority cases, and help refine internal operations across regions.
Tasks:
- Act as the primary contact for assigned clients and oversee daily case progress.
- Handle immigration and relocation processes, review documentation, and track deadlines.
- Work closely with local partners and authorities to ensure compliant, smooth workflows.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and status updates.
- Support improvements to tools, processes, and service delivery.
- Assist with training, onboarding, and sharing updated procedures across teams.
- Contribute to international projects and new service implementations.
Requirements
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Proactive, organized, and reliable work style.
- Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Solid MS Office skills; familiarity with mobility systems is a plus.
- Degree in HR, Business, Law, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in mobility, immigration, or HR operations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving, global environment.
