About the Global Experienced FP&A Analyst position

This position is responsible for the financial reporting function of our GCE subsidiary, including regular and ad-hoc reports across multiple regions. It plays a crucial role in supporting the Group Finance team and Finance Leadership by explaining key performance indicators (KPIs).

The FP&A Analyst manages financial consolidation for a global group of 30 entities, with responsibilities in cash management, cash forecasts, daily sales reports, order reports, and working capital reports. Additionally, the role supports month-end closing, monthly rolling forecasts, and works with the full Profit & Loss statement and some Balance Sheet elements. FP&A Analysts excel at generating financial reports, analyzing variances, and providing insights to drive strategic decisions.

Your key tasks

  • Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on a daily/weekly basis to stakeholders

  • Continuously improve the reports currently in use

  • Develop new reports based on stakeholder requests

  • Liaise with regional finance teams and the in-house SSC team

  • Respond to the Group Finance team in a timely manner and cooperate closely with analysis and business support teams as required

  • Design custom dashboards and reports; basic data modeling and visualization skills are a plus

  • Import data from various sources and create user-friendly charts

What we are looking for

  • A BA/BSc degree in Economics, Finance & Accounting or a related field

  • Prior experience with Power Query (Power BI) for monitoring financial metrics and creating automated reports (advanced DAX skills are a plus but not required)

  • Experience with SQL (MySQL currently in use) and knowledge of Snowflake is a plus

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role

  • Fluency in English & Hungarian (both written and verbal)

  • Strong Excel skills and IT literacy

  • Outstanding attention to detail

  • Developed analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and work under time pressure

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
