Global Business Support Specialist

  Contract duration: until 31 December 2026

  Work arrangement: 2 days office + 3 days home office per week

  About the Role

  We are looking for a Global Business Support Specialist to join a dynamic, youthful back-office team that supports global business operations and collaborates with stakeholders in Szeged, Budapest, and worldwide.

  In this role, you will act as an escalation point for key customers and internal partners while ensuring smooth service operations, issue resolution, and high-quality commercial support.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary escalation point for customer and business inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Oversee and continuously improve customer service operations
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer or business issues
  • Manage and maintain business databases and contract management tools end‑to‑end
  • Handle contract changes, key commercial activities, reporting, and monthly financial reconciliation
  • Prepare ad‑hoc reports and participate in weekly/monthly calls

• What You Need to Succeed

  • Strong command of English
  • Previous experience in customer or business support
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce is an advantage
  • Financial knowledge (invoicing, billing, AR/AP) is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
