German Speaking Sales Enablement Specialist

Your role in a nutshell:

To lead and coordinate support activities for the sales representatives / account managers and partners in the SoHo Sales Channel by providing high level expertise in communications, reporting, internal processes, and project coordination. To look for new opportunities to provide professional, tailor fit support to the sales colleagues to enhance sales efficiency. 

What you’ll do:

  • Own and coordinate high focus topics within the Sales region together with central PMO Support
  • Be single point of contact for special Sales activities like trainings or resource planning for Sales campaigns
  • Regional contact for standard and non-standard Sales related activities
  • Build and maintain monitoring-, tracking- and special reporting tools like Infoburst or Tableau, develop new tools
  • Support of Sales Managers in case of interpreting different analysis in tools like Sales Cockpit or Salesforce
  • Create communication content in different Sales topics within the SoHo Regional Sales support team and for Account Managers, Sales Representatives and Shop Operators
  • Support recruitment process of Sales Representatives, perform fluctuation analysis within the region
  • Conduct product penetration and forecast analysis
  • Build ideas and measures, solutions and actions, coordinate information flow 
  • Plan meetings and events
  • Process fraud cases, perform First Line Analysis
  • Prepare presentations for Sales Managers
  • Support the commission process

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Fluent German and at least intermediate English skills
  • College degree in business administration or commercial studies
  • 5+ years work experience in a multinational sales environment, preferably in the telecom industry
  • Several years of experience in B2B or Indirect Sales
  • Solid IT (MS Office) and data processing knowledge
  • Analytical skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Proactive approach
