German Speaking Recruitment Specialist (3320)

We are looking for candidates for our dynamically growing manufacturing partner for the following position

Description:

• Manage the recruitment processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experience,
• Source top talents using various channels,
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network, proactively engaging with potential hires,
• Optimize recruitment strategies and ensure best practice sharing within the global network,
• Work closely with the Staffing team to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new employees.

Requirements:

• University degree,
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience,
• Fluent German and minimum intermediate English language skills,
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
