• lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes,
  • performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews,
  • collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,
  • utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
  • analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Elvárások:

  • a University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies,
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,
  • fluent in both German and English,
  • proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,
  • interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
