You will also handle services delivery execution and escalation management, which meeans your main tasks will be:
- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations such as install base accuracy, device change management, issue resolution, consumables management etc.
- Ensure all Customer communication is clear, relevant, timely and appropriate
- Manage / communicate to suppliers and partners in delivery of service as required
- Perform root cause analysis for defects/issues related to or perceived as caused by the company's product, supplies or services when required
- Work with local management and Global Process owner teams to identify process gaps, opportunities and support models needed to enhance or improve customer support
Requirements:
- Fluent English and German both written and oral
- Customer facing experience in a multinational work environment
- Experience in order managament/incident management
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent negotiation skill
- University degree or College
