German speaking Customer Support Specialist

This position is responsible for supporting clients throughout the order lifecycle including the administrative, quotation and order fulfillment phases.
Task:
- You will be the primary contact for the Customers and for the Commercial Teams
- Support Customers and Sales teams
- Respond to Customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process customer complaints
Expectation:
- Fluent German and English knowledge
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
