• Preparing reports using internal business tools to ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Organising and prioritising daily tasks to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Supporting various administrative and organisational activities
  • Communicating clearly about issues and gathering the necessary information to help find solutions and avoid unnecessary escalations
  • Supporting the improvement and smooth operation of administrative processes
  • Assisting in projects and taking on additional tasks when required
  • Documenting processes and helping to create clear step-by-step guides (SOPs)
  • Following information security policies and reporting any potential security risks or incidents

Elvárások:

  • intermediate knowledge in English and fluency in German
  • previous administrative experience
  • proactive and confident personality
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
