Senior Business Analyst (IT developer team) - German speaking

• Serve as the key contact for managing incoming requests, ensuring they are processed effectively.
• Gather and document requirements to ensure they are clear and actionable.
• Prepare comprehensive assessments and evaluate risks for decision-making purposes.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs and escalate issues when necessary.
• Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Present demands to the Demand Board in English and secure the necessary approvals.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure successful delivery and execution of projects.
• Test and validate the final solutions, offering training to German-speaking colleagues when required.

Elvárások:

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, demand management, or project management.
• Proficient in both German and English, as daily communication will require both languages.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Background in Telecom, IT, or software development environments.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Waterfall processes.
• Technical knowledge of tools like Salesforce and JIRA.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex processes efficiently.
