General Manager – Budapest

As the face of PURO, you’ll be fully responsible for:

• Leading daily operations of our first international hotel in Budapest, including its vibrant food & beverage spaces and a spa.
• Managing, coaching, and developing your team to achieve excellence.
• Providing overall leadership to deliver exceptional guest service and financial profitability.
• Actively participating in the hotel’s sales and promotion efforts to establish PURO as a standout brand in Hungary.
• Conducting leadership as a guest-focused culture driver, spending time with guests and supporting your team on the ground.
• Developing and managing budgets for each department, ensuring financial discipline and innovation.
• Creating an inspiring environment for staff and guests, turning the hotel into a dynamic living space, not just a workplace.
• Leading by example with passion, enthusiasm, and a dedication to hospitality.
• Ensuring that the hotel complies with all required standards and regulations.
• Collaborating closely with the HQ team in Poland to ensure the success of PURO’s first international venture.
