Technical Details About The Position:

• Location: 4032 Debrecen, Vezér street 39. (Tudáspark)
• Work mode: Onsite
• Working hours: Monday - Friday; 08:30 - 17:00

What You Will Do:
- Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing remote technical support.
- Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and working together to solve customer challenges.

Who You Are:
- You are fluent in both French (C1 and English (B2).
- You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
- You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technology
- You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly
