Join our team as French Speaking Order & Contract Management Specialist
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional who can:
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing
- Handle customer contracts throughout their entire journey
- Work with multiple stakeholders including field service engineers
- Drive process improvements and lead initiatives
Tasks
- Processing complex orders and managing key accounts
- Handling contract creation, modifications, and terminations
- Managing customer queries and dispute resolution
- Leading process improvement initiatives
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
