French Speaking Customer Support Supervisor (104-6-43587/PR)
Feladatok:

In this position you will be responsible for:
- Full coordination of a customer support team
- Responsible for leading the development of the direct reports
- Generates KPI’s related the business performance metrics
- Focused on continuous improvement
- Manages all requested customer backlog changes and business dynamics for example preparation to support sales volumes up & downs, price increases, specific product situations.
- Coordinates a close cooperation with other departments
- Collaborates with Customer Support Manager towards future strategy
- Participate in recruitment initiatives as necessary
- Provide corrective action plans when SLA and KPI goals are not met.
- Support Team members with escalations and Customer communication in case needed
Elvárások:
- Fluent French and English knowledge
- Solid knowledge of Customer service or Order processing experience
- Experience in motivating others to meet the demands established by the customers
- Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively both in writing and verbally at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations and customers
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP are desired
