French-speaking Customer Service Representative

• Manage customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including order entry, follow-ups, stock information, backorder reports, invoicing, and providing delivery details
• Handle customer calls and complaints professionally in line with service level agreements
• Maintain high-quality case and call logging, ensuring regular updates until resolution
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery

• Proficiency, negotiation level in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
• 2-3 years strong customer service experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, including order processing
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SFDC and SAP is an advantage
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities
