Responsibilities

  • Support Clients (institutions, companies, hospitals, etc.) and Sales teams in the given region with the delivery.
  • Respond to Customer inquiries via phone and email and support the Sales Teams with their inquiries. There is active and passive time of the day. The phone won’t ring any time.
  • Process operational customer complaints, take ownership and manage the problem.
  • Collaborate with different departments and participate in projects.

Requirements

  • Advanced, business-level language proficiency in English and in French
  • Client focused mentality
  • SAP experience or knowledge
  • MS Office (Excel) knowledge
  • Problem solving skills
  • Accurate and fast data entry skills
