- Development of demand forecast for assigned categories with key objective to achieve a high forecast accuracy
- Demand forecast on yearly, monthly, and weekly basis, from short term to long-term (+5 years)
- Review historical sales trends, reconcile variances of actuals vs. forecast and closely coordinate demand forecast with supply planning
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing, Commercial Finance and Supply Planning teams to holistically understand demand drivers
- Reporting of Forecast/ SOP process output to local & above market stakeholder groups
- Continuous efficiency and effectiveness improvement of demand forecast and reporting processes especially considering new market dynamics&requirements
- Conduct complex forecast and performance analysis
Elvárások:
- Experience in Demand Planning/Supply Chain is an advantage
- University degree specialized in Marketing and/or Statistics/Analytics/Mathematics
- Advanced in English
- Ability to describe complex data in a concise manner and use data to derive insights and recommendations for actions
- Structured, organized, and independent working style with attention to quality, detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Flexibility, high level of resilience and independency
- Good knowledge in working with BI systems as well as outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
