Firmware Design Lead

You are responsible for the technical and organizational management of our Energy Storage projects. You coordinate an international firmware design team, leading all aspects of new product developments from conception to release
 

• Project management of the full life cycle: requirements, design, implementation, integration and delivery
• Project scheduling, resourcing and follow up (timing-budget-quality)
• Giving technical advice and support concerning design, material choice, production methods, prototyping,…
• Ensuring the successful transition from development to production
• Global contacts with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
• Reporting to the cross functional team lead

• A Master degree in electronic/ electrical engineering
• 1-3 years of practical experience with electronics and PCB design, analogue and digital techniques, processors and FPGA’s
• Relevant work experience as project manager/ engineer is a plus
• An analytical mind, working goal oriented and being quality minded
• Excellent communication skills in English
• The flexibility to travel abroad for trainings and short missions
